Shipping is free for those in the Domestic U.S. For international or non domestic orders, you will be invoiced separately for shipping. If you would like to know shipping before ordering, please fill out the form in the contact us page and we will get back with you as soon as possible. In most cases, boxes will ship within 2 business days of your order. Allow 1-2 weeks delivery although in most cases your box should arrive in 3-4 days after shipment. We ship UPS Ground. UPS does not ship on weekends.

Please inspect your box upon arrival. We will be glad to replace anything that arrives with defects within 14 days of purchase. If you have any other reason why you would like to return the box, please contact us for a return authorization number. Upon receiving the returned party box, we will issue you a refund. Unless it’s our error a $25 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Products pictured in group shots may not be identical to what you receive. If there is a change, it will be noted on product page in writing. If we are out of stock of a product we can usually be restocked in a week. Just contact us with your request. You can contact us here.

At this time we only accept paypal or money orders. Paypal accepts all forms of credit cards and is very simple to use. Just follow the links on the checkout page.
