What types of games can I play at my kids’ parties to keep everyone entertained? -A
Having the party full of games and activities is essential in keeping the party moving and kids staying in control. A lot of lag time also means possible chaos. I always like to have a combination of activities and games. If the kids are younger, I would stick with all activities. Some activities could be coloring or doing simple crafts or even a treasure hunt. Eating contests can be fun for all ages. A simple alternative to hot potato could be wrapping a gift with many layers of paper and when the music stops whoever has the gift in their hand removes one layer of paper. Whoever removes a layer of paper to reveal the gift, wins the gift. Simple obstacle courses can also be a lot of fun especially for those outdoor parties. For every game be sure to have a prize for every guest. You can have a bigger prize for the winner but you don’t want sad children at a party, so small treats for even the non-winners is a great idea. Hope that helps and have a wonderful party!
